- Thank you for stopping by Better World Beads! I am 100% committed to customer service and making sure you are happy with your purchase(s). If after receiving your purchase, you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving any feedback. Please see section on “REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES” below for more information.
- “I am human” If I have made an error with your order, I will refund the bracelet amount and any shipping fees back to your payment account. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns and cancellations
- For returns, contact me within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase
- Please contact me prior to sending a return. I will refund the purchase price back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If possible, please return the bracelet in the bubble envelope it came in to prevent breakage of any of the beads used.
- I do my best to photograph/describe beads as accurately as possible. In no way would I ever misrepresent any items that I sell. I describe the bead colors how I see them and how my bead suppliers have described them. Remember, your monitor settings may be different than mine so please refer to my descriptions. Colors by individual beads will vary slightly versus what is pictured.
- CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS: All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are accepted on these types of orders.
- SHIPPING:
- I ship by USPS either First Class Package or Priority 1-day with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
- If for some reason your package is lost in transit by the USPS, please let me know via email; if you haven’t received it after a period of 20 days, please let me know and I’ll refund your order.
- I do offer “FREE SHIPPING” on orders over $50. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your “Shopping Cart.”

- Please do not use feedback as a way to contact me. Please send me a message via the Contact Form so I can find a remedy for any problem which may occur.
- To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.
- I do not send out newsletters, however, if you’ve purchased a bracelet or subscribe to our email list via the Contact form, you will receive an occasional email for the announcement of new bracelets or product lines, notices of sales, and seasonal events (e.g., Christmas), etc. You can opt out of receiving these at anytime following the instructions in the email.
